Can I use my own mortgage lender?We do encourage all Liberty homebuyers to apply for their mortgage with American Security Mortgage to ensure the process will be as easy for you as possible. Also by using one of our preferred lenders, Liberty Homes will pay a significant portion of your closing costs. But, we understand if you are more comfortable working with your lender too. What options are included in the price of the home?Liberty Homes has included many features we feel our customers should expect in a new home. All of our single family homes have a Trane CleanEffects Air Filtration system which eliminates 99.8% of pollutants within your home. This system is also a Hybrid Trane heating and cooling system that can save you up to 40% on your energy costs! Our homes also include a deluxe master bath and a GE appliance package complete with built-in microwave oven, range, dish washer and garbage disposal. What additional options do you offer?Liberty Homes realizes your need to personalize your home. That’s why we offer so many optional features for you to choose from! Who do I contact regarding warranty issues?If a warranty issue should arise, Liberty Homes has a warranty department set up exclusively for our home owners. All you do is call us to discuss your issue and we will determine what steps to take. In addition, Liberty Homes provides you the Quality Builders Warranty backed by Liberty Mutual on every house we build. |
